Provide tailored product recommendations based on individual skin types and concerns.
Demonstrate product application techniques to elevate the customer experience.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display to attract customers.
Stay informed on the latest beauty trends and new product launches.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Assist with inventory management and product restocking.
Organize promotional events and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide management with feedback regarding customer preferences and product performance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a keen eye for trends.
Proven leadership experience Minimum of 5 - 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role, including team management and driving store sales in similar industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
In-depth knowledge of various beauty brands and products.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
