  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets by proactively upselling and cross-selling products, presenting suitable options, and providing product knowledge that aligns with customer needs.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and market competition to provide well-informed recommendations to customers, promptly address concerns or issues, and contribute to a harmonious and dynamic retail team atmosphere.
  • Keep yourself updated with product details, industry trends, and market competition, enabling you to offer informed suggestions to customers, promptly resolve concerns or problems, and play a part in fostering a cohesive and vibrant retail team environment.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to outperform established sales benchmarks, taking the initiative to upsell and cross-sell products, recommend fitting choices, and provide product expertise that aligns with customer preferences.
  • Join forces with the sales team to go beyond assigned sales objectives by taking the lead in upselling and cross-selling products, offering viable alternatives, and furnishing product wisdom that resonates with customer needs.
  • Skillfully and precisely conduct point-of-sale transactions, maintaining unwavering adherence to company policies and procedures, overseeing cash transactions, and managing the daily reconciliation and reporting of cash activities.
