Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing home appliances from the showroom.
  • Provide product information, demonstrate features, and offer recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of home appliances and their functions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home appliances industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques.
