Job Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market share in the FMCG sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s FMCG products to new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, penetrate new markets, and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new growth opportunities.
