Sales Director (Real Estate) Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base in the real estate sector.
- Oversee and manage the sales team, motivating and supporting them to achieve their goals and maximize sales performance.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue generation.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business development and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management to track performance and make informed decisions.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
