Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Executive with IT knowledge plays a crucial role in driving the growth and visibility of our Training & Education Center in Manama, Bahrain. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and technology, and who possess a blend of sales acumen and marketing expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our educational programs. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends and leveraging IT solutions to enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote training programs and services.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including social media, email, and networking events.
  3. Collaborate with the IT team to integrate technology solutions that enhance the learning experience.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as necessary.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Assist in organizing promotional events and workshops.
  9. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

  9. Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
