About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Room Service Supervisor to join our team.
What you will do
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the In Room Dining Department in absence of the Manager.
To work to ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites. To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests.
Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette. Take guest in-room dining orders. Communicate special requests to the kitchen. Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. Respond and answer guests' requests and inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
What you bring
We are looking for an individual who candelight guestsby supervising theIn-Room Dining experiencesthrough a detailedand guest-focused perspective. You will receive guest requests and communicate directly with the team to deliver the best personal dining experience possible, taking action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.
1-2 years’ experience of relevant experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel, Technical education in Hospitality management or service methods is preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
