Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead and oversee projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. The ideal candidates will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure project objectives align with company’s standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize, and direct project activities, ensuring all deliverables meet specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project success.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for Company management.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or rail industries.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain management is a plus.
