Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:Oversee and enhance production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  2. Implement and manage process control systems to optimize operations.
  3. Analyze process data to identify and troubleshoot operational issues.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflows.
  5. Assist in the design and adoption of new production technologies.
  6. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  7. Develop detailed process documentation and conduct staff training.
  8. Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.


Skills

  • Experience:Minimum 3+ years of experience in process technology or related fields.
  • Industry:Manufacturing or industrial background preferred.
  • Required Skills:Strong understanding of process technology principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and process controls.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in process engineering or technology are a plus.
