About the Role:
As the first point of contact, the Pool & Beach Host sets the tone for a memorable guest journey. This role is responsible for greeting, controlling Pool and Beach access, seating guests and bidding farewellensuring smooth operations of the Pool and Beach areas. You will collaborate with a team of Pool and Beach Attendants and Pool and Beach / Spa management to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage guests to create a memorable Pool & Beach experience.
Control Pool and Beach access
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the Pool and Beach areas, ensuring every section is perfectly set for guests.
Handle guest seating, guest inquiriesand end-of-shift data coordination.
Acquire thorough knowledge of guest in house, Spa members, Water sports offerings, Spa and F&B restaurant details to assist guests effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of previousPool host, Security/Lifeguard or Host experience; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and conflict solving skills
Energetic, professional, and team-oriented, with a passion for hospitality and service.
Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory
