Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the restaurant outlet
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase revenue
  • Oversee inventory management and control food and beverage costs
  • Maintain standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in managing high-end restaurants or hotel outlets
  • Demonstrated success in increasing revenue and improving profitability
  • Familiarity with culinary trends and menu planning
  • Previous experience in Bahrain or Gulf region is a plus
