Reporting to the Senior Manager - Procurement & Operations Performance, the Operational Performance Consultant will assist with monitoring adherence to operational performance frameworks in order to ensure operational areas remain compliant with corporate, regulatory and legislative requirements to which the organization is expected to operate.
As Operational Performance Consultant, your role will involve:
• Understanding, supporting, and advocating the organization’s overall strategy and communicate the company strategies related to product, processes, policies and practices.
• Partnering with other leaders to develop, pilot and execute improvements and engage with operational stakeholders on a regular basis to verify that all requirements are being met.
• Interacting with and responding to customer inquiries and executive escalations.
• Modeling, promoting and advocating Zurich’s core values.
• Demonstrate understanding of governance/assurance process.
• Ensure the procedures related to AML & CFT are complied with as well as need to report any suspicious activity.
• Understanding of Automatic Exchange of information (FATCA and Common Reporting Standards)
• Maintaining accurate and appropriate records, producing timely management information to the agreed levels of quality.
• Demonstrating clear adherence to principles and attend all training and development courses required to ensure a high degree of workplace knowledge of processes and systems.
• Taking accountability for participating in the performance management cycle.
To be successful in your role, you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent), and 2 or more years of experience in a related field.
• Understanding of Insurance, corporate savings and pensions / end of service benefits being strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working within an international and diverse cultural organization would be beneficial.
