Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and offerings.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and packages for targeted segments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with customers to enhance the hotel's online presence.
  • Organize and attend events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to showcase the hotel.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.

Previous experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
