The Marketing Associate is responsible for digital marketing, specifically assisting in targeted marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram. A solid knowledge of social media and a passion for events. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, understands the startup scene (a bonus), and has a solid understanding of our ever-changing digital landscape, including the use of marketing AI tools.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
Assist marketing manager in all major campaign work
Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels
Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
Assist reporting manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new program marketing collateral, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
Optimize social media campaigns and track all progress
Assist and support with events and event logistics
Write case studies on new and existing programs with a focus on alumni success stories
Job Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
Basic knowledge of digital software such as Canva, Illustrator Photoshop, and other graphic design software
Knowledge of video editing is a plus
Strong creative, design, and analytical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Basic knowledge of WordPress
Experience using CMS platforms such as HubSpot
Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience
Preferably with a background in Marketing
Must have a strong understanding of MENA landscape
