Marketing Associate is responsible for digital marketing, specifically assisting in targeted marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram. A solid knowledge of social media and a passion for events. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, understands the startup scene (a bonus), and has a solid understanding of our ever-changing digital landscape, including the use of marketing AI tools. Duties & Responsibilities
+ Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
+ Assist marketing manager in all major campaign work
+ Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels
+ Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
+ Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
+ Assist reporting manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new program marketing collateral, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
+ Optimize social media campaigns and track all progress
+ Assist and support with events and event logistics
+ Write case studies on new and existing programs with a focus on alumni success stories
Job Requirements
+ Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
+ Basic knowledge of digital software such as Canva, Illustrator Photoshop, and other graphic design software
+ Knowledge of video editing is a plus
+ Strong creative, design, and analytical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
+ Basic knowledge of WordPress
+ Experience using CMS platforms such as HubSpot
+ Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience
+ Preferably with a background in Marketing
+ Must have a strong understanding of MENA landscape
