Marketing AssociateManama Marketing Team / Full Time / On-site The Marketing Associate is responsible for digital marketing, specifically assisting in targeted marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram. A solid knowledge of social media and a passion for events. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, understands the startup scene (a bonus), and has a solid understanding of our ever-changing digital landscape, including the use of marketing AI tools. Duties & Responsibilities+ Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy+ Assist marketing manager in all major campaign work+ Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels+ Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels+ Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs+ Assist reporting manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new program marketing collateral, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement+ Optimize social media campaigns and track all progress+ Assist and support with events and event logistics + Write case studies on new and existing programs with a focus on alumni success stories Job Requirements+ Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business+ Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills+ Basic knowledge of digital software such as Canva, Illustrator Photoshop, and other graphic design software+ Knowledge of video editing is a plus+ Strong creative, design, and analytical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders+ Basic knowledge of WordPress + Experience using CMS platforms such as HubSpot + Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience+ Preferably with a background in Marketing+ Must have a strong understanding of MENA landscape+ Business Savvy+ Research Ability+ Digital Literacy+ Organized Work Habits
