Lead complex consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and high-quality outcomes. Develop and implement strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities and efficiency improvements. Oversee business model innovation, leveraging data analysis and industry insights. Ensure project quality meets industry standards, continuously improving processes for standardized delivery within budget. Stay updated on new consulting technologies and seek CEO/MD approval for implementation.


Project Management and Execution

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality. Provide regular status updates to clients and senior management. Optimize consultant staffing and utilization. Ensure timely completion and approval of consultant timesheets. Apply problem-solving techniques and analytical methods for business solutions. Use project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates.


Team Development and Management

Lead, mentor, and develop consultants, fostering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Assign roles based on strengths and development needs. Promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Identify and recruit talent, conducting interviews and providing feedback. Plan ahead for staffing needs and manage recruitment processes. Develop talent for potential secondment opportunities.


Business Development

Identify business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs. Define scope, deliverables, and fee estimates, securing CEO/MD approval before proposal submission. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing expertise and value. Negotiate client fees post-approval. Build a strong professional network to generate leads and secure projects.


Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary liaison between consulting teams and client executives, building trust-based relationships. Provide expert insights to help clients navigate complex business challenges. Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction and impactful outcomes.


Knowledge Sharing and Thought Leadership

Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project strategies. Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs. Contribute to thought leadership through articles, white papers, and case studies.


Industry Expertise and Advisory

Develop deep expertise in specific industries, becoming a key advisor for clients. Offer strategic insights based on best practices and industry benchmarks. Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve client operations and competitiveness.
