Job Description

Our British curriculum school, International School of Creative Science (ISCS) is looking for multi-skilled Maintenance Technician.
Under the direction of a Facilities Supervisor, skilled work in the installation, repair and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning equipment and systems; determine and schedule preventive maintenance schedule. Perform general minor repairs.

Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience Work requires 2 years of experience to acquire basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioning equipment. Ability to perform effectively in stressful situations and with patience in multi-tasking. Must possess a good “power of observation”. Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal skills, knowledge of proper body mechanics, safety measures and infection control, and ability to follow instructions.
