Job Description
What’s on Your Plate?
- Monitor live operations and rider performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct on-ground audits, manage rider queries, and resolve escalations promptly.
- Liaise with fleet partners and facilitate feedback loops between riders and management.
- Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and address performance issues.
- Oversee zonal performance, ensuring compliance and taking corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry (preferred).
- Proficient in Google Suite and skilled in multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu/Arabic is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Driving License is required.
