Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by actively monitoring the dining area.
  • Respond promptly to any emergencies or safety hazards.
  • Maintain a high level of vigilance to prevent accidents or incidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Life Guard.
  • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Attention to detail and good observational skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in fine-dining or upscale establishments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures and safety protocols.
