Develop olfactive pyramids to represent perfumes’ fragrance notesRead and identify GC-MS reports of synthetic materials, essential oils and final productsEvaluation of raw materials and fragrancesPerform tests and generate internal reports and for external registration purposesDevelop MSDS report and complete products registration with ministry of environment BahrainCo-ordination with ADSL UK/accredited labs, ESMA UAE and SASO etc. for products registration according to applicable regulationProduction planningStay abreast with receipt/transit of upcoming raw materials for effective production planning and scheduling of new product launchMixing of all kinds of ingredients like essential oils, gels, bakhoors, and solid perfumesEffective control of mixing activities including production of essential oils and mixing of alcohol for spraysKeep up with ISO, GMP, EMS and OHSMS standards and to ensure compliance throughout the production process.Estimation of quantity of perfume oils needed for manufacturing of particular products and control on wastage & shrinkages.Effective implementation of regular production schedule and modification if and when required.Maintain the buffer level of incoming raw materialsVerification of production slip and initiation of purchase requests to ensure timely arrival of raw material to get aligned with production schedule timeline.
