Position: Junior Business Development Associate
Overview:
The Junior Business Development Associate plays a key role in supporting, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will work closely with a dedicated team to contribute to the company’s growth, executing strategies that produce tangible, measurable results.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is eager to (1) learn about CTM360's technology platform (2) learn about B2B sales, and (3) manage their own pipeline / engage with prospects
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstrations:
Conduct demo calls and product walkthroughs, showcasing our Digital Risk Protection (DRP) solutions.
2. Customer Engagement:
Proactively engage with prospective clients through various channels
Qualify leads and nurture relationships to move prospects toward the closing phase of the sales cycle.
3. Inbound & Outbound Sales Execution:

Candidates selected for an interview should be well-prepared, having researched the company’s offerings, website and market position. Demonstrating an understanding of the role’s responsibilities and how your skills can add value will be highly beneficial.
Fresh Graduate preferred, or with maximum 1-3 years experience
Prior experience in IT and / or Security Sales (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or IT (preferred)
