Duties & responsibilities

Answer guests' questions about our venues, menus, and pricing. Inform guests of specials and menu changes and take their orders. Be Responsible for accurately checking guest identification and provide service to beverage runners in a timely manner. Check beverage orders prior to serving to ensure that they are correct, properly presented and that special requests have been met. Follow given drink recipes when dispensing drinks and garnish beverages as needed per company standards and recipes. Deliver beverage orders promptly and organize and prioritize service per appropriate sequence of service. Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions and process guest payments by cash, credit card, comps, and all other tender types.
Minimum High School Graduate. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Very good English level. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work with a team.
