We are looking to hire an experienced IT engineer to manage our company’s computer systems. As an IT engineer, you will be responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and training staff on correct operating procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and manage the Office 365 suite, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  
• Oversee and configure Intune for mobile device and application management, ensuring secure and efficient operation of our mobile ecosystem.
  
• Manage Endpoint Security and Compliance, utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and other tools to protect devices and data.
  
• Collaborate with various departments to identify, develop, and deploy IT solutions that enhance productivity and security.
  
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  
• Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
• Installing software and networking systems.
• Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
• Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Responding to general IT requests.
• Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager.

IT Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• Proven experience managing Office 365 environments, including Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 and/or IT management (such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, ITIL) are highly desirable.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
• Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
