We're currently hiring HSE Officer to maintain and ensure the compliance of group Health and Safety (HS) requirements in Bahrain.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is also willing to support with Procurement and Finance activities.
Job Description
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Support the development of risk assessments and safety plans. Participate in HSE training sessions and promote a culture of safety within the organization. Maintain HSE records and documentation.
Procurement:
Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes. Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Assist in evaluating supplier performance and managing supplier relationships.
Finance:
Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and invoice processing. Help with budget tracking and expense management. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Basic understanding of HSE regulations and practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Previous experience in HSE. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. This role is only open for Bahraini nationals.
