Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function at an investments company. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure that the human resources and administrative operations are conducted efficiently, following policies. The HR Manager will act as the HR advisor to management providing them with guidance in relation to HR matters.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the HR and admin function at the company
  • Manage all HR related interactions with Central Bank of Bahrain
  • Develop HR policies and process in line with Bahrain labor lawsDraft and execute HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks and SOPs.
  • Act as an HR advisor to management and team members
  • Monitor the HR performance, manage the budget and recommend HR initiatives
  • Develop training plans, career progression and succession planning for key roles
  • Create annual manpower, compensation & benefits, performance management and rewards programs
  • Manage the day-to-day HR & admin operations of the company.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR preferrably in a financial institution.
  • Emirati national is highly preferred
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
  • High attention to details and able to manage relationships
