Job Description

  • Job Description: As a Hostess at our standalone restaurant, you will be responsible for providing guests with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your main duties will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with the serving staff to ensure timely service.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage reservations and ensure proper allocation of tables
  • Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth flow of service
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Desired Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry.
