DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Company to be one of the leading corporate banking service providers to the business community among the Kingdom of Bahrain and entire GCC countries.
Job Requirements:
1. Manage existing business base. Leverage relationships with large and complex existing accounts to grow and retain business and meet or exceed sales goals.
2. Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with management to understand products and service needs.
3. Identifies upsell opportunities from existing clients and new sales leads for revenue generation to promote business growth.
4. Analyzes clients' business needs and develops solutions and product enhancements and new development opportunities to maintain and grow business.
5. Maintains awareness of market and industry trends to understand competitive environment. Participate in sales conferences and events.
6. Manage the development of prudently priced assets, cost effective long term liability with reputable companies and organizations in order to ensure Banks maximum profitability.
7. Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status customers from the identified target sectors.
8. Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.
9. Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers.
