Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the hostess team
  • Ensure guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Train, mentor, and supervise hostess staff
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hostess or similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and seating procedures

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Experience working in upscale or fine dining establishments
  • Understanding of Kuwaiti and international cuisine
