· Design marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, email templates, menus, packaging and more.
· Ensure brand consistency across all materials and maintain high standards of design quality.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative visual concepts for campaigns and offers.
· Develop engaging visual and written content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
· Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute content ideas that align with our brand’s luxury positioning.
· Capture and edit images and videos for use across digital channels, ensuring visual content is up-to-date and on-brand.
· Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and PR teams to support various campaigns and projects.
· Assist in developing creative strategies to enhance Raffles Seychelles' digital presence and engage target audiences.
· Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and content strategies to ensure cutting-edge content creation.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
· Experience with content management systems and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
· Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and content work.
· Knowledge of photography and video production
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics aligned with luxury branding.
· Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
