Purpose:
· As part of the Corporate Communications team based in Bahrain, responsible for designing and developing various digital and print materials used across the Investcorp group.
The duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Create digital graphics, including social media visuals, infographics, ads, and greeting cards.
· Design and support the development of marketing materials, including both electronic (in relevant file formats) and printed versions of investment executive summaries in English and Arabic, which are key tools for marketing Investcorp's products. Tasks include formatting, layout, pagination, and sourcing relevant images by liaising with investment teams and conducting creative web searches.
· Develop design concepts and execute designs for various publications, including The Review, white papers, and other print materials.
· Coordinate with design firms and printing presses in Bahrain to ensure timely delivery of hard copies of marketing materials as needed.
· Design and update templates to maintain consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
· Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
· Organize and maintain digital asset files for easy access and future use.
· Gain an understanding of information and process flows (and any gaps) across the firm, while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
· Undertake special projects as required and perform additional duties as assigned.
