Food & Beverage - Host / Hostess
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them to the establishment and assisting with seating arrangements.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus.
2. Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
3. Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure smooth service.
4. Manage reservations and waiting lists.
5. Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
6. Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure.
5. Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
