Job Overview:
Our client in Bahrain is looking for a Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant floor operations in a multi-cuisine setup. The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with kitchen teams, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all floor activities, including seating, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate floor staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Create shift schedules and manage staff assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Oversee inventory management for floor supplies.
- Support upselling and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
- Prepare daily reports on operations and address areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in handling point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
