Job Summary

We are hiring skilled Field Support Technicians to provide on-site technical support for biometric devices and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to biometric devices (e.g., fingerprint scanners, cameras).
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure the continuous operation of biometric systems through on-site support.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Provide timely responses to support requests to minimize downtime.

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  
  

• Certifications in hardware maintenance or relevant technical areas are a plus.

  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with biometric devices and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bahrain driving license and own vehicle required.
