As a F&D Coordinator, you are responsible for you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Maintain accurate records of departmental expenses, sales and inventories. Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required by the management. Coordinate and track food & drinks orders, ensuring timely delivery Collaborate with event planners to ensure food & drinks arrangements align with guest requirements. Liaise with kitchen and service team members to ensure seamless service during events. Act as point of contact for client inquiries related to food & drinks services. support the recruitment, training and scheduling of food & drinks team members. Enforce compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
