EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF – BAHRAIN


Such an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join this well-established hotel and who has the capability to evolve their offering out of the hotel venues to retail catering, high end events catering.


As Executive Pastry Chef, you will need to:


  • Currently be a Head or Executive Pastry chef level and should be innovative – must have the know-how of luxury / high end retail pastry operations.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the development and implementation of innovations throughout the pastry and bakery kitchens.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chefs to guarantee top-notch pastry and bakery food quality, creative and imaginative presentations, manage profitability, and to reference the trends being done around the world today.
  • Develop and train the upcoming great Pastry chefs of the industry.
  • Be a Food Ambassador for the company, supporting new openings and Task Force missions while develop future talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environment procedures, instructions, and control by consistently reviewing kitchen operations and products standards.
  • Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.

Salary package offered: BHD1850 (NEG) pm plus company provided accommodation or housing allowance paid but all other benefits for self & family
