Enterprise Segment Manager



Job Description



Job objective



Lead a team of Account Managers to contribute to the segment revenue growth by generating leads for new business opportunities and by maintaining and growing the existing Client accounts. Manage Client requirements by offering focussed Telecom and ICT solutions.
Enhance Client satisfaction level for retention and sustained sales growth to meet Segment’s objectives.

Responsibilities:



Strategic



• Understand client’s business priorities, needs and issues and provide inputs to Director Enterprise Sales on new business opportunities
• Keep abreast with market condition, competition and future development needs, to help design sales strategy for the Segment

Financial



• Allocate the quarterly sales targets to the Account Managers based on the financial targets set for the Segment
• Review revenue forecasts for the clients and the gap analysis; recommend plan of action to achieve revenue targets

Operational



• Guide the Account Managers to build and maintain relationships with designated accounts and achieve the sales targets set for the year
• Lead the process of developing new sales opportunities by scanning and pursuing various sources
• Oversee the preparation of technical solutions and proposals ensuring all the client requirements have effectively been addressed
• Make proposal presentations and conduct negotiations for price and technology in case of critical and complex bids
• Monitor project implementation and ensure adherence to service level agreements
• Manage client escalations ensuring well-timed and effective resolution
• Ensure effective implementation of customer Loyalty programs for all the eligible accounts.
• Continually monitor and improve loyalty programs to engage more effectively with Clients
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the payment schedules for all accounts
• Review Account development plans and guide Account Managers on pursuing new business opportunities and addressing future needs
• Regularly track sales funnel progress on pursuits and deal closures
• Monitor and track of team performance. Share performance reports with Director Enterprise Sales
• Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the department and organization as identified from time-to-time based on business needs

People



• Identify training needs and nominate team members for training programs
• Ensure timely completion of PMR process for self and the team
• Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends
• Ensure active participation in employee engagement surveys

Skills



Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or business administration or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in Telecom or high-tech product environment
• Understanding of the specific customer segment (Financial, Government, LME, SME, VIP or Residential)
• Experience in Sales & Marketing Role
