Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations for B2B, catering, and retail outlet businesses
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive business growth
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations
  • Lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance
  • Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and report on performance metrics

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in operations management within B2B, catering, or retail sector
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Sound understanding of financial principles and budget management
