Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize food and beverage sales and profits
  • Oversee the management of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets
  • Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained
  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs and implement cost-saving measures
  • Lead and train the F&B team to ensure they deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience in F&B management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
