Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in a fine dining standalone restaurant.
  • Follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the head chef and senior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Assist in the inventory management and stock rotation within the kitchen.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Commis or in a similar role in a fine dining setting.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Desired Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the culinary industry, specifically in fine dining establishments.
