Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate hot food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the standards set by the establishment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline operations and maintain a clean work environment
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for food orders


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience working with diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Previous experience in menu development and costing
