Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the boutique, including overseeing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales and achieve goals.
  • Train and develop staff to provide top-notch service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Handle ordering, receiving, and stocking of products.
  • Manage budgets and expenses effectively.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Desired Experience:

  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in managing staff and driving sales in a boutique setting.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in inventory management and financial planning.
