About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. + Assist with the daily operations of VIP products, ensuring optimal performance and user.
+ Monitor and address issues related to VIP products by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
+ Participate in planning and executing strategies for user growth, including event, campaign, and other marketing activities to achieve user growth.
+ Work alongside various teams, including product, marketing to ensure seamless operation and effective execution of the marketing plans.
+ Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives using data analytics to recommend improvements.
Requirements
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ Great logical thinking, communication skills, collaboration skills, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick-learner.
+ Previous internship or academic exposure to operations, product management, or marketing; experience in DeFi or fintech is a plus.
+ Interests in the field of crypto and crypto trading products.
