ResponsibilitiesManage and operate the bar, including overseeing inventory, staff scheduling, and financial performance.Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to ensure they perform to the highest standards.Create and implement cocktail menus, ensuring quality and consistency in drinks served.Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain bar inventory.Handle cash transactions and manage financial reports related to bar operations.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as other relevant laws and guidelines.Engage with guests, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction to build customer loyalty.Plan and organize special events and promotions to drive bar sales.Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
