We are seeking to hire a Bar Back to join our dynamic Pool & Brach Bar Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
What you will do
Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! Bar Backs serve guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Bar Server with completing guest requests. Additional responsibilities include clearing and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. We expect our Bar Backs to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
What you bring
Previous experience as a Bar Back / Bar Assistant
Knowledge of MICROS
Knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine
General knowledge of food and drink menu
