Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook traditional Arabic dishes according to recipes or as per customer preferences.
  • Ensure high quality of food in terms of taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • As the Head Chef, you will be expected to continuously improve the culinary offerings by conducting research on regional Arabic culinary trends and incorporating them into the menu.
  • As the Arabic Food Head Chef, your primary role will be to ensure the authenticity and excellence of our restaurant's Arabic cuisine, overseeing all culinary operations.
  • You'll be vigilant in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen to meet health regulations.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid food handling certificate.

Desired Experience:

  • Maximum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Experience working in a restaurant or hotel specializing in Arabic cuisine.
