Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and risk management processes.
  • Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Participate in special projects and investigations as required.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit or related roles.

Salary & Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from 900 to 1300 Bahraini dinars.
