Main Responsibilities
● Process and book financial transactions in Oracle ERP, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
● Assist in data entry, invoice processing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
● Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
● Work closely with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
● Assist in preparing reports and financial statements as needed.
● Ensure proper integration of revenue and COGS from data clips into Oracle and resolve
any discrepancies.
● Work closely with IT and finance teams to enhance automation and data flow between
data clips and Oracle.
● Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and
categorized.
● Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting requirements as they arise.
● Assist in VAT and Corporate tax filing process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations.
● Support the team in month-end and year-end closing processes at the entity and group
Education
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(CPA/ ACCA certification is a plus).
Experience
5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
SKILL
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
● Strong Oracle ERP knowledge, particularly in data booking and financial modules.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
● Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
● Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the finance and accounting
field.
