Opportunity:
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring efficient management of farming and dehydration plant equipment. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance requirements, mentoring staff, and maximizing value while minimizing resource wastage. The role involves coordinating with the Plant Manager to maintain equipment standards and overseeing job flow in the workshop. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will manage the company's stores facility, maintain service records, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Our client is considering a ‘fly-in, fly-out' arrangement, specifically 6 weeks in Argentina followed by 2 weeks in their home countries, this aims to balance work commitments and family time. As an indication salary, tax paid, will be USD 73 600, and additional benefits provided are:
