Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher for Nursery to Grade 6 to join theiresteemed educational institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching internationalor Cambridge board curricula, fostering holistic development, and creating an engaging andnurturing learning environment.Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Delivery:o Design and implement lesson plans following any international or Cambridge boardstandards.o Facilitate active learning through interactive and age-appropriate teachingmethodologies.2. Classroom Management:o Maintain a positive, disciplined, and organized classroom environment.o Cater to diverse learning needs and abilities with differentiated instruction.3. Student Development:o Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth among students.o Provide constructive feedback to support individual learning progress.4. Assessment & Reporting:o Conduct regular assessments to monitor student performance.o Prepare detailed progress reports and discuss outcomes with parents during PTMs.5. Collaboration:o Work closely with other teachers, administrators, and staff to ensure smoothfunctioning.o Participate in professional development sessions and contribute to school activities.6. Parental Engagement:o Establish and maintain open communication with parents to ensure activeinvolvement in their child's education.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject specialization (Master’s preferred). B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an international or Cambridge board school.
