Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supply Chain Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives for baby diapers, facial tissue, or liquid detergent.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
  • Work closely with sales, production, and finance teams to forecast demand accurately and optimize inventory planning.
  • Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely product availability and efficient resource allocation.
  1. Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality materials at the best cost.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring alignment with quality and delivery standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance regularly and conduct audits to improve supply reliability and reduce lead times.
  • Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness through continuous supplier evaluations.
  1. Logistics & Distribution
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products to customers and distribution centers.
  • Optimize transportation and warehousing costs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues in the distribution network to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and improve logistics processes to support efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
  1. Inventory Management
  • Maintain optimum stock levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to support production and sales goals.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and implement effective control measures to minimize shrinkage and wastage.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for inventory turnover, demand forecasting accuracy, and order fulfillment.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Use data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on supply chain KPIs, including inventory levels, supplier performance, lead times, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  1. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, such as supplier issues, transportation delays, and market fluctuations.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions and maintain product availability.
