5. Coordinate with logistics and distribution unit regarding ready invoices for deliveries.
6. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
7. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to address and resolve invoicing problems.
8. Implement corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies.
9. Review and optimize invoicing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
10. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for invoicing.
11. Work closely with e-commerce, tele sales, and wholesale departments to ensure seamless invoicing processes.
12. Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper recording and reporting of invoicing transactions.
13. Address customer inquiries related to invoices and provide prompt and accurate responses.

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of five years of experience in invoicing, billing, or related roles.
